This document can be requested by any citizen.

Criminal Record

The criminal record consists of the document containing all the criminal records of citizens aged 16 years or over.

Necessary documents

For nationals:

• Identity card
• National Identification Card
• Passport

For foreigns:

• Passport
• Residence card

Who can order

• The interested person himself;
• The ascendants;
• The spouse and guardian or curator of the absent interested party, unable to request it;
• Any person, with the absentee's authorization, in writing;
• Lawyers and solicitors, representing their constituents assisting in legal proceedings, upon proof of this quality.

Expiration date

The criminal record certificate is valid for three months from the date of issue.
