1. Choose the type of Order:

• Normal Order: €14 (10 working days)
• Urgent Order: €20 (4 working days)

2. Choose the Delivery location:

• Collection at Services: Select the nearest embassy, ​​consulate or institution to collect your National Identification Card (CNI).

3. Attach Documents:

• Declaration of loss/theft/loss:
  In case of destruction, theft or loss of the National Identification Card (CNI), it is necessary to present a corresponding declaration.
  

4. Collection of Biometric Data:

• Data collection is done in the Portal Biometrics Application, where the photo and signature will be captured. If the request for the National Identification Card (CNI) was made via the web browser, it is necessary to install the Consular Portal Application to send the biometric data.

5. Confirm biographical data:

6. Make Payment:

• Payment Methods: MBWay, Multibanco, Visa, Vinti4, Paypal, MasterCard, American Express.

7. Schedule Video Conference:

• Schedule a video conference to verify your identity with a Consular Agent as soon as you complete the payment.

To monitor the status of your request, you can always access the"My Requests"area in the Consular Portal Application .

The following are exempt from paying fees for applying for a CNI:

• Minors, aged between 4 and 7;
• People aged over 60 and who have no income or whose survivor's pension does not exceed the national minimum wage.
