SIGNATURE FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS

Instructions:

Option 1: Digital equipment with pen (See Video)

1. Sign the document using the pen, choosing the color black

2. Cut the rectangle containing the signature and save it in .jpg format

Option 2: Sign on paper and scan (See Video)

1. Sign using dark ink (preferably black)

2. Scan the sheet using a scanner or take a photograph (view from above)

3. Cut the rectangle containing the signature and save it in .jpg format

Example:

(*) You can always sign on a blank sheet of paper and then cut out the signature and send it, bearing in mind that the proportion between width and length should be approximately 1:5
