Project of the Digital Transformation

The Government approved, through Resolution No. 22/2018 of March 19, the project for the digital transformation of Cabo Verdean Diplomatic Missions abroad and designated the Cabo Verde Embassy in Portugal as the entity managing the project.

The project's main objective is to obtain short-term gains in substantially reducing the waiting time for service, service and quality service to all our countrymen and foreigners who every day seek the services of embassies and consulates.

The project will be developed at the embassy in Portugal and the solutions will be tried out and later used by all the diplomatic missions.

The standardization of procedures in all consular services of Cabo Verde abroad and the list of services Fees will be main objectives to achieve.

Concepts such as dematerialization, process reengineering, integration and delivery of online services will be very present.
